Basket Affair's Guarantee

 
Basket Affair goes to great lengths to ensure that each gift arrives looking like the picture on the website.  Each gift is carefully packed to survive the stresses it will be subjected to during shipping.  In the event of a gift arriving looking less than wonderful - Basket Affair will work with you to quickly rectify the situation.  Please request that the original packaging be kept in case UPS damaged the shipment.  Basket Affair will still handle the situation with UPS, but we do need the original packaging as part of the process.  Please call us at 1-800-716-8711 so we can resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
 

 
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground.
 
Incorrect or incomplete street address:
UPS charges $11 for attempting to deliver to what is determined to be an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.  To avoid these additional charges - please be sure that the delivery information is accurate.  If you are unsure that the information is complete and correct, we have found the US Postal Service website (www.usps.com) to be the easiest and best for checking address information.

Orders that have incorrect addresses can't be guaranteed by Basket Affair.

 
The UPS map above shows the number of transit days for UPS ground packages from Pittsburgh.  Transit days for UPS are Monday thru Friday.  Delivery to remote addresses can increase the transit time by up to two days.  Holidays that result in high shipping volume can add an additional one transit day to a delivery.
 
UPS ground is limited to the 48 continental states.  Air shipping is required for Alaska and Hawaii.
 Delivery:
 
Basket Affair generally ships orders within 24 hours from the time they were received. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday.  Orders received after 3:00 pm will ship on the next business day.
 
Basket Affair reserves the right to update gift contents with items of an equal or greater value.  During warm weather, Basket Affair
