Shipping to multiple recipients on the same order
Each time you add a gift to your shopping cart, you can link
it to an existing nickname or create a new nickname. You will be
prompted for each new recipient's address (existing recipients
will show their stored address information) once you start the
checkout process.
There are two boxes located under the gift's price on its detail page
that are used to set the recipient information. Box 1 is used to select
an existing nickname or enter a new nickname. Box 2 is only used
to enter a new nickname.
Your shipping options are to yourself, someone you previously sent a
gift or to a new person. Make your selection from the "Send to:"
pull-down menu. The scenario below would be used to add a gift to the
cart that will be shipped to "Mom." Repeat this process to send
multiple gifts to different recipients. Each recipient will have their
own shipping info, basket customization info and greeting card.
Select an existing recipient:

Click on the "Send to:" pull down to display list
- Move mouse cursor to select gift recipient (myself, Dad, Mom, My
Office are shown in the images below).
- Click on nickname to accept (should display choice)
- Ensure required fields are completed (Greeting, Baby Gender/Name)
- Click on "Add to Cart" to add gift/recipient to your cart
Enter a new recipient:

Click on the "Send to:" pull down to display list

Move mouse cursor to select "add new name below"

Click on nickname to accept (should display choice)

Move mouse cursor to select field next to "New name:"

Enter new recipient nickname

Ensure required fields are complete (Greeting, Baby Gender/Name)

Click on "Add to Cart" to add gift/recipient to your cart

Shopping Cart
If you have added two gifts to the cart with different recipients - your cart
should identify the two gifts and their alias/handle. The screenshot below
shows a cart with two recipients - Jane and Robert.
You can enter the delivery address information for the recipient now or wait
until the checkout process walks you through it.
Possible Errors
The shopping cart will not allow you to enter a name that matches a existing recipient.
If required fields (greeting, baby gender, etc.) are blank - add to cart will fail.
